About Woodingdean Kettlebell Club

Woodingdean Kettlebell Club is a local outdoor training community built for people who want to get stronger, fitter and leaner — without feeling out of place in a crowded gym.

If you’ve been searching for fitness in Woodingdean, a gym alternative, or a practical way to improve your strength and weight loss, you’re in the right place. Our sessions are coached, structured, and beginner-friendly — with enough challenge to keep you progressing week after week.

What we do

We use kettlebells because they’re simple, effective and time-efficient. Each session is designed to improve:

  • Fitness (conditioning without endless running)

  • Body composition (supporting fat loss and a better body shape)

  • Confidence (knowing exactly what to do and how to improve)

Meet your coach

I’m Sam — a Brighton-based personal trainer and coach. I’ve spent years helping people build strength, lose fat and train consistently using plans that actually work in real life.

Woodingdean Kettlebell Club exists because I wanted to create a local training option in Woodingdean that combines real coaching with a supportive group environment — so people can get results without commuting to a gym in central Brighton.

How classes work

  • Outdoor sessions in Woodingdean (weather permitting)

  • Small groups (max 12) for coaching quality

  • Beginner-friendly progressions (with options for all levels)

  • A simple structure you can follow and improve each week
